Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate any website under the following conditions:
Content violates ethical, legal, or constitutional guidelines.
Unpaid dues after 7 days of project completion.
Trademark or copyright violations.
Hosting inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content.
Transferring the site to third parties without consent.
Harassment or misconduct with our staff.
Failure to renew services on time.
Termination
Viaansh Infotech LLP has the right to terminate a user’s website without notice in the event of:
Offensive, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content.
Copyright infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
Fraudulent behavior or misrepresentation.
Non-cooperation during verification or surveys.
Misuse of our platform for unethical purposes.
We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring it is handled responsibly.
Information Collection
We collect basic user information like name, email, phone number, and project details solely to provide better services.
Usage of Data
All information shared with us is used only for:
Project development and service delivery.
Communication related to services or support.
Internal analysis and improvement.
Changes to the Policy
We may update our privacy policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will take immediate effect.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content or data displayed on our site is error-free. Users are advised to verify information independently.
Initial Payment & Domain Booking
50% advance is required to begin a project.
Domain will be purchased within 24 hours after receiving payment and content.
Cancellation and Refunds
Full refund if cancellation is requested within 24 hours before domain purchase.
If domain is already purchased but no work has started, domain cost will be deducted.
If work has started and user cancels within 15 days:
Work will be billed at $10/hour.
Remaining amount (if any) will be refunded via cheque.
No Refund Cases
Cancellation after 15 days of work commencement.
In case of termination due to breach of terms or misconduct.
Refund will be processed within 15 days.
As a digital service provider, Viaansh Infotech LLP does not offer physical shipping. All services and deliverables are provided electronically.
Service Delivery Timeline
Domain booked within 24 hours after advance payment.
Project completion time varies depending on scope and user response.
Client Responsibility
Timely provision of required content and approvals ensures smooth delivery.
All deliverables (designs, code, websites, etc.) are licensed to the client for usage only. Ownership and licensing are subject to the following:
You may not resell, redistribute, or transfer the deliverables without written permission.
Using the deliverables in illegal or harmful ways is strictly prohibited.
Any licensed materials (e.g., stock images, third-party plugins) used by us will remain under their respective license agreements.
We offer limited support after project delivery.
Support Includes
Bug fixes within the agreed project scope.
Guidance on using the website or platform features.
Assistance in renewal or minor updates if agreed.
Support Excludes
New feature additions.
Third-party plugin issues or conflicts.
Server or hosting problems not managed by Viaansh Infotech LLP.
